When it comes to your pup, they are your world. You want what’s best for them and could never imagine your life without them. That’s why when it comes to treats I want something healthy and potentially positive for my pet. Recently I’ve been reading a lot about cannabis and the positive impacts it can have on humans and even your pets. There’s a compound that is derived from cannabis called CBD, short for Cannabidiol, which can be very beneficial for you and your pets. Unlike THC, another compound from cannabis, CBD does not produce any psychoactive effects. It is basically the greatest part of the cannabis plant, as it holds the most potential for medicinal use. CBD is said to reduce inflammation, pain, anxiety, and aid with many other things.
That being said, after looking for some new treats for my furry friend, I came across some called Cani Bits. They are sold by petleader.com and are all natural, plus they include the cannabis compound CBD. Since my pet has severe anxiety, I figured I would try them out. I was automatically attracted to the short list of ingredients and the price. I’m used to paying a pretty penny for my pup’s food because she has a sensitive stomach, so twenty-five dollars for beneficial and healthy dog treats seemed beautiful!
When I placed my order, it did take a little longer than expected for their arrival. But when they got here me and my pup were extremely excited. Packaging was average and the cup the treats come in are very convenient and cute. You give the treats based on your pup’s weight. My dog is quite the beast, so she got three each go around! Needless to say, she loved them. She sat patiently for her treats each time and even did a trick for each one. I also noticed a very good shift in her behavior. She stopped pacing so much and even stopped chewing on all my blankets. I believe the treats helped her anxiety greatly, and the bonus was that she loved them.
Keep in mind: each pet is different. While these treats were very beneficial for my furry friend, they could be different for yours! Never be afraid to do research and look up different types of treats, foods, etc. before you give them to your pet!
